As you say the lady owner is very pleasant. Puisserguier has changed a bit over the past couple of weeks with the opening of a new square and restaurant. You may be interested in my site which is a guide to the Languedoc. I am busy rewriting it at the moment as I feel it is getting a bit tired. Not sure if it was the food or just the way we felt but I think in the future, the emotions felt on that day will dictate eating habits.
